Expected application steps

Before you begin

Have the application passport, a working email address, and a supported payment method available. The authorization will be linked to the passport. A replaced, lost, or expired passport can affect whether an existing authorization remains usable.

Names, passport numbers, nationality, and dates should match the travel document. A typing error can cause carrier checks or border checks to fail even when an approval email exists. Use the site's required-information checklist before the official form opens.
